A taste of tradition!

In spite of all technological novelties, the production of prosciutto remains traditional. The drying process is completely natural by using only the Dalmatian wind Bora and the air flow at high altitudes. Drying and aging of prosciutto is a yearlong process where nothing is added but sea salt. Pik Dalmatian prosciutto is a product of specific flavour, mild salty taste and a consistent colour of red meat.
